Do I have to set up an account to make an online purchase?
Yes. You need to create an account to make checkout, order tracking and order status easier in the future.
Will there be a shipping confirmation once the order is placed?
Don’t worry, once an order transaction has been completed the parcel status will be sent to you via email.
Can I make changes or cancel my online order?
As soon as your order is placed, our fulfillment process goes into motion. To change or cancel an order, please follow the steps listed below. The sooner we receive a request, the faster we can revise your order.
Online Orders – Please call Customer Care via E-mail for assistance. They will locate your order and see if it can be revised or canceled. We know things happen, however, you must contact us within 24 hours after purchase “BEFORE” it has been processed and/or shipped. Else we’re not able to change/cancel your order. Keep in mind, you will be charged associated with processing credit card / PayPal refunds.
How long does shipping take?
Regular shipping takes anywhere from 10 – 20 days. Typically around 3 weeks to arrive at your door. Delivery time also varies based on destination. We partner with suppliers all over the world. In some cases, it may take up to 5 weeks. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it’s on its way.
I ordered multiple items, but I only received one or some. Where is the rest of my order?
We have multiple manufacturing sites, some of which only focus on creating specific items. Because of this, it is possible that you may receive an item separately from the rest if you ordered products that come from two different sites. So rest assured if all items from your order do not arrive at once..the rest of your order is on its way!
I did not get a tracking number, what do I do?
Once your order has been completely processed, we will email you a tracking number (typically within 3-5 days of your purchase). If you did not get a tracking number after 7 days of your order you can simply request yours through our Contact page and we will gladly you provide you with one.
